The idea of Calma Hills came about while talking with our guests. They loved the atmosphere and the services we provided so much so, that they would have loved to share this experience with their extented family or friends.
With a seamless blend of modern elegance and discreet functionality, this residence offers the ideal setting for an indulgent escape, whether for family gatherings or intimate retreats with close friends.
At Calma Villas we have always focused to blend natural elements with high quality. Most of the stone used for the villa was sourced as we were digging up the foundation of the building.
Last year we have received the Travelife certification for sustainability, being the first property of its kind to receive in Greece. So we knew from the beggining that the new villa has to follow strict guidelines regarding sustainability.
For the area, Sissi village, the villa is quite spacious, one of the few properties that can accommodate up to 16 people.
The ground floor comprises seven meticulously designed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring every guest enjoys their private haven.
Two master suites offer expansive layouts and a heightened sense of luxury, complete with king-size beds by O’Conner Lux–Englander, private terraces, and thoughtfully curated amenities.
Four additional en-suite bedrooms boast tranquil mountain or city views.
One Reduced Mobility Bedroom offers a refined, comfortable stay without compromise. Thoughtfully adapted for ease of movement, it includes wide doorways, lowered furnishings, and an emergency cord by the bed. The en-suite bathroom is fully accessible, featuring a step-free shower with rails, a shower seat, and an adapted sink and toilet. Discreet luxury and practical comfort come together to ensure a seamless and dignified experience for every guest.
With capacity for up to 16 guests, the villa balances spaciousness and intimacy, offering generous proportions throughout. Sophisticated soundproofing and heat insulation provide a serene indoor climate, enhanced by autonomous air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Each bedroom is equipped with smart entertainment, IP TV, mini fridges, Simmons pillow selections, and spa-quality linens. Daily life is simplified with housekeeping and linen refresh services provided every third day.
The villa is also a sanctuary of wellness. The private gym features state-of-the-art XFit equipment, yoga essentials, and a serene sauna — a space designed to restore both body and mind.
Modern convenience is woven seamlessly into the experience, with high-speed WiFi throughout (40 Mbps), a smart home alarm system for peace of mind, and a fully equipped laundry room for self-service use.
The first floor of the villa is the heart of the home, a thoughtfully curated space where refined design meets effortless functionality, inviting guests to gather, relax, and create lasting memories together.
Indoors, a generous open-plan layout brings together a stylish living room, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and an elegant dining area. The living room offers ample seating, complemented by curated board games and a PlayStation 5 for relaxed entertainment. Adjacent, the sleek kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and everything needed for effortless group dining, while the expansive dining table sets the stage for elegant shared meals and convivial conversation.
Step outside and experience a series of beautifully appointed outdoor spaces, each designed to elevate every moment. A panoramic dining terrace with BBQ invites al fresco meals with beautiful views, while the fire pit area creates an inviting ambiance for evening gatherings under the stars. For pure relaxation, the heated pool and jacuzzi area offers a tranquil retreat, complete with premium lounge chairs and refined finishes, creating a perfect balance of sophistication and leisure.
Every detail on this floor has been designed to bring people together in comfort and style, transforming everyday moments into something extraordinary.
We take pride in offering not just a vacation rental villa, but an authentic and memorable experience. As part of our commitment to the local community, guests are welcomed with a fire-oven pizza from a beloved local pizzeria and a breakfast selection featuring Greek and Cretan delicacies. Bathroom amenities are also thoughtfully selected, highlighting premium Greek-made products.
